Downtown Auburn Progress March 2021
On-site work has begun on Downtown Auburn's Municpal Complex and Infrastructure for the area. Here's a glimpse from BK&M Constructure and Engineering's first report. Regular updates will be provided as the project progresses.

As the project progresses, every step is taken to ensure compliance with the plan and specifications. This includes but is not limited to:
- Soil density testing
- Concrete and materials testing
- Footing and reinforcing inspections
- Pavement testing
In addition to the City of Auburn staff and BM&K supervison, Contour Engineering has been on-site to inspect storm drain installations, as well as Onsite Monitoring conducting weekly erosion control inspections.
As an additional quality assurance check, the design team will regularly issue observations reports to the construction team to ensure the project is constructed per the plans and specifications and to ensure the City receives the highest quality product.
